This summer, Biotherm is using art to give a voice to the ocean.

Biotherm is proud to unveil its Summer 2021 collaboration with the renowned multimedia artist Coco Capitán. This militant artistic collaboration aims to raise awareness of how climate change is threatening the health of phytoplankton living in our oceans – the source of more than half of the oxygen produced on earth and what makes the ocean our planet’s Blue Lung.

Born by the sea and raised by the waves, Coco Capitán is an outspoken advocate for our environment. Diving into the story of our Blue Lung, Capitán was inspired to write a single haunting phrase:

How do you sail breathe without the sea?

The Summer 2021 Biotherm × Coco Capitán limited edition has the artist’s work emblazoned on three of the brand’s iconic products: Life Plankton Elixir, Lait Corporel L’Original, and Aquapower Gel.
