Creative Exchange Agency Now Represents Frédéric Sanchez

Feb. 3, 2014

Known for producing fashion show soundtracks with an inimitably cool aesthetic, Frédéric Sanchez is one of today’s most coveted sound designers. Over the past two decades, he has curated sound for runway shows and film advertisements for some of the most illustrious names in the industry, such as Prada, Miu Miu, Calvin Klein, Jil Sander, Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang and Balmain, among others.

Frédéric has also established himself in the art realm, creating sonic landscapes for numerous galleries and museums, often in collaboration with other multimedia artists. His installations fuse sound, motion, and sight, thus creating a singular experience. When Prada opened its Tokyo store, Sanchez worked with Herzog & de Meuron to develop its signature “sound shower” installation.

Artistic collaborators range from Louise Bourgeois to Larry Clark and Jack Pierson.  Sanchez curated the tribute show “Gainsbourg 2008,” at Cité de la Musique in Paris, and recently completed the independent film “Le Soldat Sans Visage.”
